Why do we jolt before falling asleep?
I wrote the opening as a question about a familiar experience, then presented the explanation on camera with a clear title on the cover.

I used the contrast between 100 ml and 250 ml as a visual opening, combining the script with illustrative footage and on-screen text.

I introduced the question through a food-preparation scene and paired my explanation with on-screen text.

I wrote the opening around film pacing and viewing habits, then delivered it directly to camera to invite reflection.

What I did and why

Select the topic, research the information and choose the central idea for the episode.
- 02
Write the script and an opening that catches attention, keeping the story focused on the information that matters.
- 03
Plan the shots, film and present the content myself, using a Sony camera and DJI microphone.
- 04
Edit in CapCut and use Codex with Remotion for selected editing and motion-graphics work that supports the story.
- 05
Review pacing, sound and clarity, prepare the platform version and publish the content on social media.
